Delete your Quran Keeper account

In the app

1. Open Quran Keeper.
2. Go to Settings → Account & backup.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@qurankeeper.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account and email, your backed-up reading log, reading time and dhikr counts, your display name and place on the standings, follows, your posts in the Together feed and the verses you shared there with your notes, your reactions, the campaigns you started, your place and counts in the ones you joined, your Friday Al-Kahf finishes, dua requests and their pictures, your messages to us and our replies, dhikr sets you shared, an iPhone request made from the app, notification tokens and Play purchase records. Codes you gave away keep working for the people who hold them.

Data on your phone stays until you uninstall the app or clear its data. After you delete your account, the app no longer backs that phone up.

An email you left on our iPhone page is not tied to your account. Email us from that address to have it removed.
